Quantum Wallet is an on-line electronic service to buy and sell prepaid vouchers (such as prepaid airtime and prepaid electricity) at a discount. You can also transfer funds from your Quantum Wallet to other registered wallet holders. Quantum Wallet is a service for consumers who want to buy electronic vouchers (prepaid airtime, prepaid electricity, etc) for themselves at a discount, or for any reseller who wants to make money by selling electronic vouchers, or for someone who wants to become an agent and sign up other consumers or resellers and earn passive income from their sales.

The Quantum Wallet business model is simple:

• all registered members qualify for the same standard discounts on our rate card, unless you were signed up by another member, in which case you receive less discount according to the rate card.
• all registered members can sign up other members and earn passive income from their sales.

We do not make a distinction between members who wish to purchase for themselves, or for members who wish to resell to others. The only exception is if you were signed up by another member, in which case you receive less discount according to the rate card.

How do I purchase using my Quantum Wallet

You must have funds in your Quantum Wallet before you can purchase vouchers. You can credit your Quantum Wallet by cash deposit or EFT into any of these bank accounts. Deposits are automatically processed within 1 minute of the Quantum Wallet system receiving the deposit notification from our banks. Please take note of the important information about bank deposits.

How do I get money out of my Quantum Wallet

You can get money out of your Quantum Wallet by purchasing an Absa CashSend voucher.

How do I use my Quantum Wallet?

The Quantum Wallet system provides you with two different interfaces:

On-line Reports and Management Console

You can also access detailed sales and income statements and various management functions on-line from your personal computer at the Web site reports.quantumwallet.co.za

Please log in at this site with either your Member ID and PIN. This interface provides you with access to:

• A sales dashboard containing charts showing the sales value, sales volume and commissions associated with the sales of the members that you have signed up. 
• View detailed reports about your sales and statements of transactions against your wallet.
• Assign additional operators with their own PINs to vend against your Quantum Wallet.
• Schedule batch purchases to deliver prepaid vouchers to your customers or yourself.
• Bulk Purchase function to order and download bulk voucher orders.

How do I start?

You can start by reading our Terms and Conditions and completing the on-line registration form (register.quantumwallet.co.za) which is accessible from either your cellphone or personal computer. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an SMS message containing your unique Member ID and a PIN.

• Use your cellphone number and PIN to log in at the on-line vending interface at www.quantumwallet.co.za to purchase prepaid vouchers.
• Use your Member ID and PIN to log into the on-line reports and management console at reports.quantumwallet.co.za.

As soon as you have received the registration confirmation SMS, you can make a bank deposit and start trading after your wallet has been credited.

Why should I trust Quantum Wallet?

There are a number of reasons why you can trust Quantum Wallet:

• Your financial privacy cannot be compromised: you do not need to register any financial information on the Quantum Wallet system, such as your credit card or bank account details. All payments into your wallet are via cash or EFT deposits into any of the Quantum Wallet bank accounts.

Quantum Wallet will verify your meter number with the municipal or Eskom databases and return the details that are registered with your prepaid meter (such as your name and/or address). Please note that name and/or address data are not always registered on the Eskom database, in which case only the meter number is returned.
• You have access to a complete set of reports that show you all transactions against your Quantum Wallet.
