Basic Rules

There are 2 teams playing against each other. This is called a FIXTURE.
Each FIXTURE has a HOME TEAM and an AWAY TEAM.
Every SportStake Draw covers twelve (12) FIXTURES.
Every Coupon has three (3) boards on it.
You can select more than one option per FIXTURE.
Your submission must be valued for more than R5
You can choose to play only one board and with multiple selections you can play up to R1000

The challenge is for you is to predict the outcome every FIXTURE. You have 3 options on every FIXTURE.

The 3 options are:

 

  1. Pick the Home Team for a WIN. Mark your selection with a 1
  2. Pick a DRAW. Mark your selection with an X 
  3. Pick the AWAY Team for a WIN. Mark your selection with a: 2

Each FIXTURE can have any of the above three MARKERS or a combination of them. Take a look at how the fixtures can have a variety of predicted outcomes:

  1. Fixture - 1 = Home Win
  2. Fixture - X = Draw
  3. Fixture - 2 = Away Win
  4. Fixture - 1X = Home Win+Draw
  5. Fixture - X2 = Draw+Away Win
  6. Fixture - 12 = Home Win+Away Win
  7. Fixture - 1X2 = Home Win+Draw+Away Win
  8. Fixture - 2 = Away Win
  9. Fixture - X = Draw
  10. Fixture - 1X = Home Win+Draw
  11. Fixture - X2 = Draw+Away Win
  12. Fixture - 1X2 = Home Win+Draw+Away Win

Look at the list and make sure that you understand the concept because for the SMS we are only interested in the BOLD characters.

 

Send your SMS

To play SportStake, create the following SMS message (see examples below):

  1. Type your game: SS = SportStake
  2. Type your board: Example: SS A
    A player can select a maximum of 3 borads per SMS (A, B, C).
  3. Type your fixture results: Example: SS A 1 X 2 1X X2 12 1X2 2 X 1X X2 1X2
  4. Send your SMS to 31792


Note:

  • A minimum play of R5 and a maximum game value of R1000 can be registered per SMS.
  • Always place a SPACE between the board name and the 1st fixture result.
  • Always separate your game outcomes with spaces.
